Technology is passion of mine—an obsession really—and my dream is to find a career that incorporates my love of innovation with my desire to create, organize and empower others.

My mission is to help people work smarter, not harder! I’m the MacGyver of productivity, information management, and business process. I love finding new and creative ways to solve complex problems, manage data, troubleshoot IT systems, and balance information overload. I can turn almost any frustration into a working system or process (that gets results) because I have a unique knack for bridging gaps between disparate pieces and seeing how details fit into the bigger picture; it's intuitive. I also have an unwavering curiosity about how things work and don't shy away from a good conundrum...nothing is more satisfying than cracking a complex issue with a little bit of tenacity and creativity.

I have more than 15 years of real-world practice analyzing business problems and collaborating with people to implement solutions. I've also gained valuable skills in leading, teaching and supporting others in both technical and non-technical environments. Throughout my extensive professional experience I've collaborated with professionals at all levels of an organization to analyze complex issues and recommend specific courses of action. As a consultant, I helped individuals and teams:

During my time at WSU, I practiced current information system development methodologies and project management techniques (such as traditional SDLC and Agile), and gained the technical skills needed to design, implement and manage computer-based systems and projects. Through specialized courses such as data management, enterprise business process/system development, e-commerce and business intelligence, I gained valuable and relevant knowledge on today’s technology and information-driven systems.
